Cancellation and Refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

To request cancellation, please email us at lookstyle.in03@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95080 67662 with your order number.

Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, and only after verification by our team.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refunds will be issued for missing items from product sets (like blouse pieces, dupattas, pants) once delivered.

Important:

You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images via email.

Refunds will not be initiated without proper proof and approval from our support team.
